### URGENT HIRING### Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Location - Kochi
Experience Required - Minimum 3 years
We are looking for a growth-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in scaling revenue for D2C/ E-Commerce brands. You will manage full-funnel performance marketing across app and web-from demand generation to conversion to repeat purchases. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and strong at e-commerce performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, CR, and LTV.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube, UAC)
Meta Ads (Sales & App Conversions)
Marketplace Ads (Amazon/Flipkart) - added advantage
Affiliates, Influencer paid collabs, retargeting platforms
Manage P&L of performance channels with focus on Revenue & Profitability
Optimize funnel:
Traffic → Add to Cart → Purchases → Repeat Orders
E-Commerce Growth
Improve AOV, CVR, CAC & ROAS
Manage product feed, CAPI, shopping campaigns & deep links
Drive new user acquisition + remarketing for repeat & subscription buys
Work closely with UI/UX &tech on landing page optimization
Analytics & Reporting
Required Skills
Performance Marketing for E-Commerce /D2C brands
Strong in Meta+ Google Ads+ Analytical tools
Knowledge of
Experience with metrics:
CAC,ROAS,CR,CTR,AOV,LTV,Retention, ARPU
