Hiring of a Digital Marketing Creative Specialist for Mavenoak Group
Job Brief
Mavenoak Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Creative Specialist who is passionate about crafting visually compelling content and creative assets that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both design principles and digital marketing strategies, enabling them to translate marketing concepts into powerful visuals across platforms.
This role is critical in ensuring that our brand communicates effectively and consistently in the digital space, while supporting campaigns for Lead generation, vendor onboarding, customer acquisition, and product promotion across our various business verticals.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content, creatives, graphics, videos, GIFs, reels, banners, and ads for digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, content writers, and social media team to develop engaging campaigns for social media, websites, emails, and ads.
Create visually appealing assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and websites.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual language across all marketing materials.
Assist in designing landing pages, website banners, email templates, and promotional graphics for web and mobile interfaces.
Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and animations tailored to digital and social media consumption.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, marketing trends, and platform-specific creative formats (e.g., Instagram reels, LinkedIn banners, YouTube thumbnails).
Optimize creative assets based on campaign performance insights and A/B testing results to maximize user engagement and conversions.
Support performance marketing teams by designing creatives for Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Work closely with the SEO and digital marketing team to create infographics, blog visuals, and web banners that improve engagement and user experience.
Manage the creative asset library, ensuring all materials are well-organized and accessible for teams.
Handle quick turnaround times on design requests without compromising quality.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or video editors when necessary.
Requirements & Skills
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field (mandatory).
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital creative design for marketing or advertising roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
Experience in video editing, motion graphics, GIF creation, and reel production.
Knowledge of UI/UX design basics is an added advantage.
Familiarity with creative requirements for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display Advertising.
Digital Marketing Understanding:
Strong grasp of social media trends, ad creatives, A/B testing concepts, funnel-based designs, and performance-driven creatives.
Ability to understand and translate marketing briefs into visual concepts.
Creative Skills:
Exceptional visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding.
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing and sales teams.
Problem-solving attitude, adaptability to feedback, and eagerness to learn new creative tools or techniques.
