Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle SEO for all group platforms and develop strategies to increase traffic.
• Manage Social Media Channels and update content on company portals.
• Organize graphics for marketing content on platforms and social media.
• Identify and create Call to Actions (CTA) to boost ROI.
• Develop and create useful content (articles, blogs, white papers, etc.) for the website.
• Drive traffic and improve customer engagement through content campaigns on multiple channels.
• Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets for partnerships and business development.
• Assist with Social Media Performance Reports and prepare KPIs.
• Track, compile, report, and analyze web statistics, communicating useful trends and observations to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve online marketing issues remotely.

Employment Type: Full Time (Moonlighting not allowed)
Location: Preference for candidates from Goa
Salary: As per industry standards
Experience: 4 to 5 years; must be a self-starter and motivated. Preferred experience in B2B or online services.
Qualification: Certification in SEO and Digital Marketing. Must have good knowledge of Moz, SEMrush, Sales Navigator, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media Marketing platforms.
Languages: English, Hindi, Native language
