Kaccha Mango is looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and run high-performing Google & Meta ads. Role Description

Digital Marketing Executive


What will you do:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads

    (Facebook & Instagram for B2B, B2C, and D2C) and

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) with a sharp focus on

    ROAS, CAC, and scalable growth

  • Execute performance marketing for e-commerce platforms

    including

    Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom storefronts

    —covering catalog ads, product feeds, retargeting funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Develop and execute organic + paid social strategies

    across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms, aligned to traffic, lead, and sales objectives.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars

    mapped to product launches, offers, seasonal spikes, and always-on growth campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content and design teams

    to produce high-converting ad creatives, UGC-style videos, reels, carousels, and persuasive ad copy
  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Merchant Center, and platform dashboards

    , translating data into clear action plans.
  • Run structured A/B tests

    across audiences, creatives, landing pages, product pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Optimize full-funnel journeys

    —from awareness to conversion to retention—using remarketing, lookalikes, email/SMS integrations, and post-purchase strategies
  • Stay ahead of the curve

    on platform updates, algorithm changes, e-commerce trends, and best practices to keep brands competitive and profitable


  • Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in

      performance ads and social media strategy

    • Hands-on experience with

      Meta Ads Manager

      and

      Google Ads

      , including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
    • Proficiency in creating and managing

      content calendars

      and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behaviors
    • Ability to collaborate with design/content teams and guide creative direction
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like

      Google Analytics

      ,

      Tag Manager

      , and UTM tracking
    • Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing, remarketing funnels, or SEO basics
    • Proactive, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
