We are looking for a creative, hardworking, and dedicated Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn and can translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Creative Design: Develop marketing creatives – packaging, social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, etc.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing/content/product teams.
Timely Delivery: Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, etc.
Quality and originality of design output
Timely delivery of creative assets
Positive feedback from team and stakeholders
Number of completed projects/assets per month
Consistent use of brand elements across visuals

Preferred Education:

Graduation in Design/Visual Arts from reputed institutes like:
NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), SID (Symbiosis Institute of Design), Amity School of Fine Arts/Design, UPES (University of Petroleum & Energy Studies – School of Design), MIT ID/ Other recognized design schools
