Digital Marketing Specialist | Immediate Joiner

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, Social Media, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Display, Retargeting, Video Ads).
• Develop and implement effective SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
