About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma for designing responsive interfaces across all screen sizes, and advanced skills in motion graphics design to bring life and interactivity to our products, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.

This role requires a designer who can think beyond static visuals—someone who can combine aesthetic design, usability, and animation to deliver modern, engaging, and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces in Figma for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for product teams.
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Graphic & Motion Design

• Develop motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animated assets for apps, web, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design dynamic visuals, animations, and video content.
• Transform static designs into engaging motion prototypes for better user experience validation.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expert in Figma for responsive UI/UX design across all screen sizes.
• Strong command of motion graphics tools (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to create engaging animations, micro-interactions, and marketing visuals.
• Experience designing cross-platform digital experiences (mobile, web, tablets).
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, and branding skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX & Graphic Design.
• Prior experience in motion graphics design for digital products or marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with design handoff to developers (Figma Inspect, or similar).
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
