Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns across key digital channels, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snap, TikTok and Google Ads. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, improving funnel efficiency, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across the GCC markets.


The successful candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization, ensuring measurable growth and efficient spend allocation. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and regional market nuances.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google platforms targeting GCC audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, minimize CAC, and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking systems and analytics dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads are relevant, engaging, and tailored to local market preferences.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve ad performance, targeting, and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on regional digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and optimization.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tracking, reporting, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Experience working in or catering to GCC markets, with an understanding of local audience behavior and cultural context.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
