Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle the end-to-end social presence of our Australian solar brands and other client accounts. This is a full-time office-based role with a strong focus on lead generation, content creation, and consistent engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media strategies for Australian solar brand.
• Design and publish posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Generate qualified leads within a set ad budget using organic and paid strategies
• Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, posts, and communication
• Actively engage with followers: reply to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Keep pages “alive” with regular, relevant, and value-driven content
• Create basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Monitor and report weekly performance analytics (reach, engagement, leads, CPC, etc.)
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (if needed)
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams as required

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in solar, real estate, or service industries)
• Proven track record of generating leads through social media
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, and scheduling tools
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe tools – a plus)
• Understanding of AU market audience behavior and peak posting times
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience working with Australian clients
• Familiarity with solar industry terms, offers, and consumer pain points
• SEO understanding for social posts
• Knowledge of AI content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper (optional)

Working Hours:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM IST (to align with Australian business hours)
• Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)

Reporting:

• Submit weekly performance reports
• Highlight growth in followers, engagement, leads, and ad spend vs return

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
