💼 About the Role

We’re searching for a **Performance Marketing powerhouse** who can turn ad budgets into revenue like magic (but with data… obviously 💁‍♂️).

Your mission: scale our e-commerce growth, manage cross-channel campaigns, and make our CAC behave

**🎯 What You’ll Own (aka your playground):**

* Run & optimise **Google Ads** (Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube, UAC) like a boss 🤖

* Scale **Meta Ads** for conversions, retargeting, app installs & more 🔥

* Manage affiliates, influencers & other growth partners 🧩

* Drive traffic → conversions → repeat purchases (and celebrate wins 💃🕺)

* Handle product feed, CAPI, tracking, pixels, deep links — the whole circus 🎪

* Build dashboards, analyse cohorts, find insights nobody asked for but everyone needs 📊

* Plan and run experiments: creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages — everything is testable 😌

* Work closely with UI/UX & tech to squeeze out extra conversion juice 🍋

**✨ Skills You MUST Bring:**

* Proven hands-on experience in **D2C/E-commerce performance marketing** 🛒

* Strong command over **Meta + Google Ads** 💥

* Data-first mindset (Excel/Sheets is basically your second home 🏡)

* Understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CR, AOV, LTV, ARPU (yes, all the alphabets 😅)

* Familiarity with GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, GTM 🔧

**🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:**

* Experience with CRM tools (MoEngage / CleverTap / WebEngage)

* Marketplace ad experience (Amazon/Flipkart) 🛍️

* Experience targeting Tier-2/Tier-3 audiences 🌏

* Subscription-model growth experience 🔁
