  • Position:Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Experience:3+ years of experience working as a digital marketer in FMCG or Retail.

  • Location:Corporate Office-Davanagere, in Karnataka.

  • Reports To:Director

  • Work Mode:This position is purely work from the office.

Job Overview:


Role & responsibilities:


Content Creation & SEO:

  • Create visually appealing and engaging content using AI-powered design tools like Canva Pro, Designify, or similar platforms.
  • Drive organic growth via

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

    .

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Use AI-based tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Lately.ai) for

    content creation and optimization.

  • Manage and monitor content across platforms at Instagram, Facebook etc. by using relevant tools.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    paid campaigns

    on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube (Search, Display, Video, App Install).
  • Manage

    campaign budgets, ROI targets, and ROAS

    goals across customer and franchise verticals.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Run email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Odoo.
  • Segment and manage customer databases for personalized outreach.

Franchise Marketing

  • Run lead-generation campaigns to attract new

    franchises

    in targeted

    districts of Karnataka, which include Tier-3 cities, Taluks, and Hobli cities.

  • Create

    landing pages, funnel flows

    , and follow-up automation for lead nurturing.
  • Align with the sales team to improve

    cost per lead (CPL)

    and conversion quality.

Brand Development & Communication

  • Maintain consistency in

    brand tone, messaging, and design

    across all digital touchpoints.
  • Assist in

    creative briefs

    , tagline generation, and micro-copy across the website, app, and social media.

Sales Support for Multi-Retail Store

  • Support

    store-level and franchisee-level branding kits

    and local activations.
  • Pre-launching activities

    for new store and supporting new launching offers, etc.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain

    weekly/monthly dashboards

    for key metrics like ROAS, etc.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, share learning, and recommend actionable improvements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years

    of experience in digital marketing with a main focus on

    B2C.

  • Proven knowledge of

    B2C marketing platforms

    and lead-gen tools.
  • Deep expertise in

    LGA (lead generation & acquisition)

    strategy.

Skills and Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
  • Strong command over Excel, Canva, and reporting dashboards.
