Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, optimizing SEO and SEM strategies, executing email marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to improve campaign performance. The role also involves enhancing the company’s digital presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current with evolving digital marketing trends to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Campaign Management
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Knowledge of Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation tools
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in the publishing or education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
