Key Requirements Summary

Experience

2+ years in Digital Marketing, social media, and Content Creation, ideally within the Food, Grocery (FMCG), or Culinary industry.

Food Content Creation

Proven ability to develop visually appealing, engaging food content (recipes, ingredient stories, short videos/reels). A portfolio demonstrating success in culinary storytelling is essential.

Digital Strategy

Strong knowledge of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. Experience running targeted digital campaigns and maximizing engagement for food and grocery products.

Design & Editing

Proficiency in content design and editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating social media creatives.

Operational Support

Excellent working knowledge of basic office software: MS Excel and MS Word. Must be comfortable supporting data entry related to product, inventory, and pricing in POS/Billing systems to ensure accurate B2B/B2C online orders.

Data & Analysis

Skilled in analyzing digital metrics (KPIs) to evaluate content performance, especially food campaigns, and adjust strategy based on data.

Soft Skills

A proactive, self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for food and ingredients, capable of smooth collaboration between marketing and operational teams.
