Designation : Digital Marketing Specialist (Website Designing & Social Media Handling)

Experience : 1 – 2 years

Salary : Between 15,000/- to 30,000/-

Location : MG Road Camp, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

· Design and maintain responsive websites optimized for desktop and mobile devices.

· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user experience (UX) and interface (UI).

· Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align design with brand identity.

· Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and compatible across browsers.

· Regularly update website content and troubleshoot performance issues.

Social Media Management

· Develop and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

· Design engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored to each platform.

· Monitor analytics to assess performance and optimize campaigns.

· Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.

· Stay updated on trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).

· Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).

· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

· Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).

· Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
