Job Opening: Digital Marketing Specialist

(PPC | Meta Ads | On-Page & Off-Page SEO)


Techywave is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for his Kolkata Operation. Candidate must have relevant experience of 4-5 years. Have experience of handling USA clients and communication in English MUST be good.  It’s a full time job and Work from Office only.


Joining: within 7 days of the offer letter

CTC: Rs.35,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month. Remuneration will be decided on the basis of the performance in the interview and last drawn salary.

Role Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist

qualified traffic, improving search visibility, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI

You’ll own campaign execution end-to-end, using data and experimentation to continuously optimize performance.



Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    Google Ads

    campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
  • Manage

    Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads

    from strategy to execution
  • Build and optimize

    full-funnel campaigns

    (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    (Google) and

    audience targeting

    (Meta)
  • Create, test, and optimize

    ad copy, creatives, and CTAs

  • Monitor and optimize

    bids, budgets, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS

  • Set up and manage tracking using:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Meta Pixel
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages


On-Page SEO

  • Optimize websites and landing pages for:
  • Search intent & keyword relevance
  • Meta titles and descriptions
  • Heading structure (H1–H6)
  • Internal linking and URL structure
  • Ensure SEO best practices for

    PPC landing pages

  • Collaborate with content and development teams to improve:
  • Page speed
  • Mobile optimization
  • Core Web Vitals


Off-Page SEO

  • Develop and execute

    off-page SEO strategies

  • Build high-quality backlinks through:
  • Outreach
  • Guest posting
  • Industry partnerships
  • Manage

    local SEO citations

    and Google Business Profile signals
  • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links
  • Ensure all activities follow

    white-hat SEO practices


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using:
  • GA4
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels
  • Prepare

    weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Share actionable insights and optimization recommendations


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong experience in

    on-page and off-page SEO

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid ad budgets
  • Experience with

    GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
