About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and optimizing website content for SEO. Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc.) Manage and grow Advenzone’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc., with clear ROI targets. Optimize website content for SEO and oversee performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging digital assets, including blogs, reels, and banners. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and CRM platforms. Experience in creating and managing paid digital campaigns with performance tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling. Experience in travel, tourism, or adventure activity industries is a plus.
