Role Description

This is a role for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern. The role is hybrid and work from home. The intern will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing web analytics. Day-to-day tasks include developing online marketing strategies, engaging with online audiences, and assisting with communication efforts to support the company’s marketing objectives.

Qualifications

1. Manage and update the company website (content, backend, SEO, analytics).
2. Handle social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X etc.).
3. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (email, ads, content).
4. Track analytics, website performance, and online lead generation.
5. Maintain and update website backend (CMS, hosting, SSL, etc.).
6. Integrate marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM).
7. Support technical SEO and data backup.
8. Troubleshoot website errors and manage vendor support.
