Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern

This remote internship offers hands-on experience in content strategy, campaign execution, and performance analytics with a clear path to compensation.

Compensation Structure:

• Months 1 & 2:

  Unpaid internship focused on learning our brand voice, developing content templates, and achieving initial engagement targets.

• Months 3, 4, & 5:

  Paid based on Performance.

  Interns who successfully meet pre-defined marketing KPIs (e.g., specific increases in engagement rate, followers, lead generation) will transition to receiving

  monetary compensation

  and

  lucrative incentives

  for the remainder of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:

  Conceptualize, design, and write engaging content (posts, stories, short videos) for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

• Audience Engagement:

  Actively manage and monitor social media pages and forums, responding promptly and professionally to comments and DMs from both potential students/interns and company inquiries.

• Community Building:

  Identify and engage with relevant online communities to establish

  Alienhouse Networks

  as a reliable industry authority.

• Campaign Execution:

  Assist in planning and executing campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality applicants and generating service leads.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor key social media metrics and report findings to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.

• Query Management:

  Accurately log and triage incoming service and hiring inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor content for distinct B2B and B2C audiences.
• Highly organized, creative, and capable of meeting content deadlines independently.
