Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on selling digital marketing services to IT and SaaS companies. This role requires deep understanding of Google Ads and paid media platforms to craft tailored marketing solutions that help clients grow their digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and engage IT and SaaS clients for digital marketing services including Google Ads, PPC, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns. Conduct consultative sales to understand client challenges and design effective digital marketing solutions. Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals aligned with client goals. Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to optimize service delivery and client results. Stay current on digital marketing trends, Google Ads updates, and competitor activity. Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track leads, and report sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related discipline. 2+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, preferably targeting IT and SaaS clients. Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads platform (search, display, video). Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain complex technical solutions simply and effectively. Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Preferred Skills: Google Ads certification(s) preferred. Experience working with SaaS businesses, IT companies, or tech startups. Knowledge of additional paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of SaaS business models and buyer personas.
