About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on selling digital marketing services—such as Google Ads, paid campaigns, and lead generation strategies—to clients in the IT sector. This is a performance-focused sales role ideal for someone passionate about technology, advertising, and client success. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT industry for digital marketing services. Sell high-impact marketing solutions including Google Ads, display ads, YouTube campaigns, and paid social advertising. Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand their marketing goals and propose tailored digital strategies. Prepare customized proposals, sales pitches, and campaign presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, understanding their business models and challenges. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Stay current with trends in digital marketing and advertising technologies relevant to IT businesses. Collaborate with the campaign management and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or IT solution sales. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, paid media platforms, and lead generation strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience selling to IT companies, SaaS providers, or tech startups is highly preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals and exceed targets. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B digital marketing sales. Knowledge of other paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads or programmatic advertising. Familiarity with marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and ad campaign performance KPIs.
