About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Sales Associate to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on selling digital marketing solutions such as Google Ads, PPC, and paid media campaigns to IT companies and tech-driven businesses. This role combines IT knowledge with digital marketing sales expertise to grow our client base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential IT clients for digital marketing services. Promote and sell Google Ads, display ads, YouTube campaigns, and other paid marketing solutions. Understand client business needs and propose tailored digital advertising strategies. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach and networking. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure client satisfaction. Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and IT industry developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing. Basic understanding of Google Ads and paid digital marketing platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a goal-oriented sales approach. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Preferred Skills: Experience selling to IT companies, SaaS, or technology startups. Knowledge of additional paid channels like LinkedIn Ads or Facebook Ads. Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
