About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to focus on client acquisition for our digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, lead generation, and delivering marketing solutions like Google Ads , PPC , and paid media campaigns to a growing client base. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings. Sell digital marketing services including Google Ads, display advertising, YouTube campaigns, and paid social media strategies. Research and target potential clients, especially SMBs, startups, and tech-driven businesses. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and regularly follow up to convert them into clients. Present and pitch digital solutions to decision-makers, aligning services with their growth goals. Draft customized proposals, pricing, and presentations for each prospect. Collaborate with internal marketing and account teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors in the digital advertising space. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or B2B client acquisition. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and performance-based marketing services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to close deals. Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Organized and goal-oriented with attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with paid social platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Understanding of lead generation funnels and campaign objectives (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROAS). Experience selling to clients in sectors like e-commerce, education, healthcare, or real estate. What We Offer: Competitive base salary with uncapped incentives and commissions.
