Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaign

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

     Create, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business and sales objectives. 
  • Campaign Management:

     Oversee and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines (SEO/PPC), email marketing, and display advertising. 
  • Content & Website:

     Manage website content, social media profiles, and create compelling marketing materials to promote property listings. 
  • Performance Analysis:

     Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement. 
  • Market Research:

     Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and track competitor activities in the real estate market. 
  • Budget Management:

     Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and achieving lead generation targets. 
  • Team Leadership:

     Recruit, train, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 
  • Collaboration:

     Work closely with sales teams, agents, and external agencies to align marketing efforts and support lead generation and sales targets. 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

     Proven experience in SEO, SEM (PPC/Paid Ads), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Tools Proficiency:

     Skilled in using analytics platforms (like Google Analytics), social media management tools, and CRM systems. 
  • Real Estate Knowledge:

     Strong understanding of the real estate market, property promotion, and lead nurturing strategies within the sector. 
  • Leadership:

     Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a marketing team. 
  • Analytical Skills:

     Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Communication:

     Excellent communication and project management skills. 
  • Education:

     Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 
  • Experience:

     Several years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
