Job Description

Programmatic Specialist (Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across

    display, video, native, audio, CTV

    formats.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle:

    setup targeting optimization pacing reporting

    .
  • Work on major DSPs like

    DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP

    , etc.

Data & Audience Management

  • Utilize first-party and third-party data via

    DMPs / CDPs

    for audience segmentation.
  • Build retargeting pools, lookalike audiences, and custom affinity segments.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and KPI alignment.
  • Implement

    data-driven optimizations

    using real-time dashboards and DSP insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, media planning, analytics, and tech teams.
  • Ensure accurate pixel/tag implementation (Floodlight, UTM, tracking).
  • Coordinate with platform partners (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP) for best practices and beta tests.

Tech & Ad Operations

  • Handle troubleshooting related to tagging, discrepancies, inventory quality, and data mismatch.
  • Work with brand safety tools:

    IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify

    .
  • Stay updated on the programmatic ecosystem:

    retail media, identity resolution, CTV, privacy changes

    .

Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and guide junior programmatic specialists.
  • Conduct training sessions on DSP capabilities and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in hands-on

    programmatic media buying

    .
  • 2+ years experience in

    team management or mentoring

    .
  • Proficiency in

    DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, MediaMath

    .
  • Experience with

    IAS, MOAT, DV, Ad Verification, Brand Safety

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    UTM tagging, Floodlight setup, tracking pixels

    .
  • Good analytical and reporting skills using platform dashboards.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communication.
