Job Description

We are looking for a high-ownership E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to manage and scale all online revenue channels for our FMCG & nicotine-based products.

This role will lead marketplace management, performance marketing, influencer marketing, brand communication, and digital operations across India and overseas markets.

You will be responsible for P&L of e-commerce, ensuring that our products win visibility, sales, and customer trust on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Jiomart, and our own D2C store.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)

Complete onboarding & listing of products on Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Jiomart, BigBasket.

Create keyword-rich titles, bullets, A+ content, lifestyle images.

Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, visibility boosters, coupons, deals.

Monitor buy box, competition pricing, and product rankings.

Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch & SLA compliance.

Handle seller central issues, tickets, suspensions, and account health.

2. Paid Ads & Growth Marketing

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Create high-ROAS campaigns for awareness, sales & remarketing.

Build audiences, test creatives, optimize CPA and CAC.

Google Ads

Search, Shopping, Display, Video campaigns.

Keyword strategy, landing page optimization, analytics tracking.

Amazon Ads

Sponsored Products, Brands, Display.

Budget allocation across campaigns; reduce ACoS.

3. Influencer & Social Media Collaboration

Identify and onboard micro + macro influencers across India.

Manage product seeding, contract negotiation, timelines & content quality.

Create reels, reviews, unboxing, challenge videos for brand virality.

Build affiliate & creator program for long-term partnerships.

4. D2C Store & Website Growth

Oversee Shopify/Magento website performance.

Improve UI/UX, checkout flow, conversion rate (CRO).

Manage payment gateways, logistics & CRM.

Implement referral programs, subscription models, WhatsApp automation.

5. Data, Analytics & Reporting

Daily/weekly dashboards for sales, spends, ROAS, conversions, refunds.

Competitor tracking: pricing, keywords, ratings.

Review customer feedback & improve product listings.

6. Branding & Communication

Ensure brand tone & compliance (especially for nicotine category).

Coordinate packaging, QR onboarding, and digital identity.

Work with designers for creatives, videos, A+ content.

Required Skills & Experience

8 - 12 years experience in E-commerce + D2C + FMCG (nicotine/health supplements preferred).

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Partner Panel, Zepto dashboard.

Deep understanding of Meta/Google ads.

Hands-on experience with influencers & paid collaborations.

Ability to manage end-to-end digital P&L.

Good understanding of compliance, packaging, and product communication.

Excellent English communication, data-driven decision making.
