<div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p></b></div> <ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Develop, write, and manage engaging content for blogs, emailers, landing pages, and social media<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate with the design team to develop creative visuals and promotional assets<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Conduct keyword research and SEO/SEM optimization for website content and paid campaigns<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies<b> </b>to ensure campaign success<b><o:p></o:p></b></li> </ul> <div><b>&nbsp;</b></div> <div><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<o:p></o:p></b></div> <ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><b>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.<o:p></o:p></b></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><b>Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.</b> Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, content marketing, and analytics<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent written and verbal communication skills<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Creative mindset with strong attention to detail<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously<o:p></o:p></li> </ul></div>
