Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services. The role involves market research, lead generation, campaign execution, coordination with sales teams, and supporting brand-building initiatives to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) as per company strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and campaign follow-ups.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and basic digital marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, emailers, and promotional content.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing communications.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
