Roles and Responsiblities

• Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote diagnostic packages and health checkups.
• Collaborate with doctors and the operations team to design targeted campaigns.
• Content & SEO:
• Create and manage SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and social media.
• Ensure website content is regularly updated and optimized.
• Paid Campaigns:
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor ROI, A/B test creatives, and manage ad spend efficiently.
• Social Media:
• Manage social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly calendars with health awareness campaigns, patient testimonials, and promotional offers.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
• Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
• Execute bulk email and WhatsApp campaigns for new offers, reports ready notifications, and patient engagement.
• Online Reputation Management (ORM):
• Monitor online reviews on platforms like Google and Practo, respond to feedback professionally, and manage brand reputation.
