🚀About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, performance marketing, and brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.


Key Skills Required ✅

1. YouTube Channel Management


2. Handle end-to-end YouTube operations: uploading, trimming/editing, optimizing descriptions, titles, and tags.


3. Develop creative promotion strategies to maximize organic reach and engagement.


4. Monitor analytics and optimize performance through audience insights and trend analysis.


5. YouTube Shorts & Creative Content Development


6. Plan, script, and upload engaging YouTube Shorts content aligned with audience interests.


7. Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and creative presentation.


8. Utilize trending formats, sounds, and visuals for higher visibility.


9. Streaming Platforms & Distribution


10. Strong knowledge of digital streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Gaana, Wynk, etc.).


11. Manage content delivery, metadata optimization, and platform-specific requirements.


12. Track performance metrics and suggest strategies for improved visibility.


13. Google Ads & Paid Promotions


14. Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube Ads, Google Display, and Search Campaigns.


14. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.


16. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, and audience retention.


17. Creative Marketing & Strategy


18. Innovate and execute digital campaigns to boost brand presence.


19. Work with the creative team to develop unique video content, thumbnails, and promotional assets.


20. Keep updated with the latest YouTube algorithms, Google Ads trends, and platform policies.


✅Qualifications: 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on with analytics & ad platforms, updated with latest tools and trends.

✅Looking for Immediate Joiners or 15-day notice period.
