Digital Marketing Executive

Pearlica is fast-growing 925 silver jewellery brands. We specialise in premium daily-wear and minimal jewellery. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a serious, responsible, and skilled marketer.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Social Media (Primary Work)

• Manage Instagram pages for Pearlica
• Plan monthly content calendar
• Evaluate trending Reels + create basic reels
• Write captions, hashtags, and publish posts
• Improve engagement & follower growth

2. Paid Ads

• Run Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
• Basic Google Ads (if possible)
• Create ad creatives (with Canva)
• Monitor ad performance & give daily/weekly reports

3. E-commerce / Website

• Upload new products on website
• Write SEO-based titles + descriptions
• Manage discounts, offers, and homepage banners
• Check website orders + update status

4. Creatives / Photography Coordination

• Select best images for website & Instagram
• Make professional Canva posts

5. Influencer Marketing

• Shortlist relevant influencers
• Handle DM outreach & negotiation
• Track results and report properly

6. Reporting & Strategy

• Daily report of work
• Weekly growth report
• Suggest new ideas for sales improvement
• Help build brand identity for Pearlica

Skills Required

• Must know Instagram marketing
• Canva designing (basic but clean)
• Basic video editing (Reels)
• Meta Ads knowledge (very important)
• Understanding of jewellery trends
• Basic SEO + website handling (Shopify or any platform)
• Good communication
• Consistent & serious attitude

Experience

• 1–3 years (preferred)
• Freshers with strong skills can also apply

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills)
