Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading global lead-generation efforts across APAC, Europe, USA, and Australia. Your main focus will be on lead generation through various channels such as paid media, SEO, website management, email outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), and enhancing global brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a global lead-gen strategy across different regions including APAC, Europe, USA, and Australia. - Manage paid media campaigns using platforms like Google AdWords, optimizing targeting, budget, creatives, and ROI. - Implement large-scale cold-email outreach campaigns and ABM programs targeting high-value accounts. - Track funnel metrics such as leads, qualified leads, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates to optimize globally. SEO & Content Strategy: - Own and execute SEO strategy encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. - Generate content for different funnel stages (TOFU, BOFU) and leverage AEO & GEO trends in content strategy to support global markets. Website & Performance Management: - Manage website operations including CMS updates, page creation/editing, UX improvements, and CRO fundamentals. - Ensure the website architecture supports SEO, conversions, and global localization while collaborating with developers and designers. - Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking website performance and insights. Brand Awareness & Global Coordination: - Drive brand-awareness campaigns across digital channels with consistent messaging and regional adaptation. - Collaborate with content, design, product, sales teams, and external agencies/freelancers globally. Metrics, Budget & Collaboration: - Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets globally and establish SOPs for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. - Build dashboards to track key KPIs such as lead volume, conversions, domain score improvement, and ROAS. - Mentor junior marketers or manage external agency relationships and align sales-marketing for ABM. Qualifications & Skills Required: - 6-8 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, paid media, SEO, website management, and global campaigns. - Proven experience in large-scale cold-email outreach, ABM execution, SEO tools, and improving domain score/rankings. - Proficiency in website management, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and strong analytical skills. - Excellent project-management and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence global teams. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field, certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and ABM platforms are preferred. - Experience with global markets like APAC, Europe, USA, Australia is strongly preferred.,
