KRA: Strategic Leadership Align marketing, sales, and revenue operations to drive business growth. Marketing Operations & Revenue Enablement – Optimize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), lead scoring & MarTech integrations. Demand Generation & ABM Execution – Oversee multi-channel B2B & B2G campaigns across digital, email, events & paid media. Data Analytics & Performance Measurement – Develop dashboards & KPIs to track marketing ROI and optimize strategies. Process Optimization & Efficiency – Implement automation & workflow improvements to enhance execution speed and accuracy. Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and grow a high-impact marketing operations & ABM team. Preferred candidate profile Own & optimize marketing operations across CRM, automation, and revenue enablement. Lead B2B & B2G demand generation strategies to fuel pipeline growth and accelerate revenue. Drive ABM execution with personalized, data-driven engagement for enterprise accounts. Implement advanced marketing analytics using Power BI, Tableau & predictive insights. Build & mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.
