Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience Required: 5-8 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Performance Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies across our website and online marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion rates, managing ad budgets, and maximizing ROI through paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and brand visibility.
Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content for digital platforms including website, blogs, emails, and social media.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social insights.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Manage and optimize company website for performance and user experience.
Monitor competitor activities and industry changes to keep campaigns up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms.
Experience with email marketing tools .
Proficiency in content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
