Job Title: Female Retail Store Executive Location : Sector 43 Noida Job Type : Full-Time Industry : Fashion / Apparel / Retail Job Summary: We are hiring a Female Retail Store Executive for our fashion clothing store. The ideal candidate should be presentable, customer-friendly, and passionate about fashion. You will be responsible for providing a seamless shopping experience to customers while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcome and assist customers with styling and product recommendations 2. Understand customer preferences and help them make informed purchases 3. Maintain visual merchandising and display standards 4. Handle billing and transactions using POS systems 5. Maintain inventory and assist with stock management 6. Achieve store sales targets and contribute to overall performance 7. Address customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally 8. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked 9. Coordinate with backend and e-commerce teams when needed Candidate Requirements: 1. Only Female candidates should apply 2. Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience (preferably in clothing/fashion) 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Basic computer and billing system knowledge 5. Polite, proactive, and customer-oriented 6. Interest in fashion and styling is a plus 7. Flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons Qualification : Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
