Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The role involves planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s brand visibility, generate leads, and increase market reach for our steel products. The candidate should have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Oversee social media marketing by creating engaging content, managing posts, and growing the company’s online presence.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve performance and ROI.

Person Specification:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the steel, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and PPC campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and execute performance-driven digital campaigns.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
