Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, In office role for a Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital marketing strategies across platforms
  • Handle

    social media marketing

    , including content planning and publishing
  • Run and optimize

    paid advertising campaigns

    (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead

    influencer marketing campaigns

    — from shortlisting to coordination and execution
  • Track and analyze web traffic, lead conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team for compelling visual and copy assets
  • Ensure digital content is brand-aligned and performance-oriented

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong skills in

    social media marketing

    ,

    lead generation

    , and

    paid media

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics)
  • Web analytics and performance reporting capabilities

  • Creative mindset

    with an eye for trends, content quality, and brand voice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the advertising or digital agency space is a plus
