Real estate background experienceSalary: Upto 50k per monthGood in presentation core knowledgeable for real estate industryLocation: Andheri (Saki Naka)

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote residential/commercial real estate projects across platforms.
Lead Generation:
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) focused on high-quality lead generation.
Performance Marketing:
Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
SEO & SEM:
Oversee website SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. and prepare regular reports.
Coordination:
Work closely with sales, design, and project teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
Content & Creatives:
Oversee development of creative assets including banners, ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Create campaigns for nurturing and re-targeting leads.
Real Estate Portals:
Manage and optimize presence on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
