Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Pune | Full-time | Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive brand growth through strategic campaigns, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels
• Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and ROI
• Manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings
• Oversee social media strategy and content calendar across platforms
• Plan and implement email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar)
• Collaborate with design/content teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar
• Prepare monthly reports and insights on marketing KPIs and campaign success
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google, Meta), SEO, and content marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Basic understanding of design collaboration (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or B2B brand
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Knowledge of video marketing or influencer marketing

Pay: ₹15,170.81 - ₹45,000.00 per month
