Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives while managing teams, budgets, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms
• Improve website performance through conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX insights
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing teams and agencies
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,500.47 - ₹70,662.45 per month
