Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Continuously refresh and expand keyword strategy (PCD, pharma franchise, 3rd-party manufacturing). Oversee website content for SEO alignment and lead-capture optimization. Coordinate landing page updates, tracking (GTM, GA4), and lead flow into Zoho CRM. Generate weekly performance reports (lead quality, CPL, conversion rates). Collaborate with design and tech teams for funnel improvements. Ideal Profile: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or pharma. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards. Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving setups with clear performance goals. Location: Chandigarh / Hybrid
