We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the IT industry to join our team on-site in Sector 49, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a dual role:
1 .Lead Generation (Core Responsibility):
● Independently plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
● Generate quality B2B leads for IT services including mobile app development, website development, ERP solutions, and custom IT solutions.
● Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
2 .Team Leadership (Secondary Responsibility):
● Manage and lead the social media marketing team.
● Oversee content planning, execution, and campaign management.
● Ensure timely delivery of tasks, provide strategic direction, and review campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in digital marketing (Majorly lead generation) for an IT company.
● Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, especially Google Ads & Meta Ads.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and revise strategies.
