 This role is for a hands-on, data-driven professional who can manage and optimize our digital campaigns for maximum impact. You must be well-versed in a range of tools and platforms to succeed in this role.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: 

 • Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.

 • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta.

 • Use data and analytics to drive decisions, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable ROI.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our company's goals.

 • Manage our projects and tasks within ClickUp, our core project management tool. A strong understanding of ClickUp is essential.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

 * Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing Specialist.

 * Proficiency with key marketing tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Semrush.

 * A strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and LTV.

 * A solid grasp of ClickUp or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn project management software.

 * Someone who is not just looking for a job, but is ready to understand and contribute to our specific project-based work culture.
