Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy:

    Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising to meet business goals.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, ensuring collaboration across departments and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Campaign Management:

    Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Track performance, adjust strategies, and optimize for best ROI across all digital touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:

    Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Interpret performance metrics, analyze trends, and apply insights to improve strategies.
  • Brand Awareness & Lead Generation:

    Work closely with sales and product teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
  • Content Strategy:

    Lead the content strategy, working with creative teams to produce engaging, relevant, and on-brand content that attracts and retains customers.
  • Budget Management:

    Oversee digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment across channels.
  • Market Research & Trends:

    Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Research and test new opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Regularly report on campaign performance and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze data and make decisions to drive performance.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, user experience, and digital platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital advertising networks (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
