Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing student admissions and university brand visibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to understand enrollment targets and market trends.
  • Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.

  • Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Design and implement digital lead generation strategies to meet or exceed student enrollment targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Content & SEO

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and SEO-optimized content across digital platforms, including the university website, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely and relevant content dissemination.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and others.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing metrics, lead performance, and conversion rates to senior management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Candidates willing to

  • Experience with education-specific CRMs like LeadSquared, Salesforce (Education Cloud), etc.
