🚀 Job Opening: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Sonipat, Haryana (Work From Office) Company: Dizittal – Marketing Experts & Advertisement Media Company About the Role We are looking for a young, dynamic, and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital operations at Dizittal. You’ll play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and managing campaigns for a wide range of clients—from hospitals and schools to restaurants, real estate, and retail. Key Responsibilities ✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and WhatsApp. ✅ SEO & Web Management: Oversee SEO activities (on-page, off-page, technical), manage client websites, and coordinate with developers. ✅ Graphic & Video Coordination: Ideate and manage creative development in coordination with in-house graphic and video teams. ✅ Client Communication & Reporting: Regularly interact with clients, prepare reports, and suggest performance enhancements. ✅ Ad Budget Management: Handle ad spends across platforms and maximize ROI. ✅ Lead Generation & CRM: Ensure effective lead generation and work with CRM tools to manage pipelines. ✅ Team Collaboration: Lead the digital team and align activities with sales and media departments. Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and WordPress Working knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite Good communication, reporting, and project management skills Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools Basic video editing capabilities Understanding of local market advertising (a plus) Perks Opportunity to lead marketing for brands across diverse sectors Hands-on experience in both digital and physical marketing strategies Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Scope to grow into a leadership role Salary Range ₹15,000 to ₹25000 per month (based on experience and performance) Incentives and bonuses based on client acquisition and campaign performance
