Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager at Onwords, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's online presence through the development and management of strategic campaigns. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital marketing efforts, overseeing campaign execution, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads to achieve business objectives. - Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). - Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, offering guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of high performance. - Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and create detailed reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and ROI optimization. - Budget Management: Develop and oversee the digital marketing budget allocation to maximize results across different channels. - SEO Strategy & Implementation: Drive SEO strategy by conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic. - Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand presence, engagement, and online community development. - Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality services within budget and agreed-upon timelines. - Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for integrating new strategies into campaigns. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and overall business goal congruence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. - 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, with proven managerial or leadership experience. - Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices. - Demonstrated skills in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. - Experience in optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads. - Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and offer recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills. - Effective leadership, team management, and interpersonal capabilities. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: - Experience with email marketing platforms. - Familiarity with CMS. - Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications. - Knowledge of marketing automation tools.,
