Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand tone and audience interests. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Monitor KPIs and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Collaborate with the design and marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Track and report on campaign performance with insights and suggestions for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in managing business social media accounts. Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and ad managers. Strong creative writing, editing, and content creation skills. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic graphic tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus): Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Basic video editing or reel creation skills.
