Achieve sales targets through strategic pricing, negotiations, and long-term contracts. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies. Collaborate with technical teams to address client needs. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years in business development/sales within powder paint, coatings, or specialty chemicals . Proven network with paint manufacturers/R&D units. Technical understanding of powder paint formulations, resins (polyester/epoxy), and pigments, additives. Bachelors/Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business. MBA preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads. Create engaging content on Canva highlighting Product Application and technical insights (e.g., resin selection guide, additive functionalities) for various digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms to reach target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with sales initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media optimization (SMO), and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
