Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (US Time Zone) Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Expert with 5+ years of total experience, including working with a brand in a digital marketing role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing high-ROI, low-budget ad campaigns for small businesses in the North American market and be adept at using creative, data-driven strategies to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Maximize ROAS for small businesses with limited budgets through strategic and cost-effective ad campaigns. Develop and implement out-of-the-box marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-backed adjustments to enhance results. Provide comprehensive performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of total experience in digital marketing, also working with a brand. Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns for small businesses in North America. Demonstrable success in achieving high ROAS with low budgets. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms. A portfolio or detailed case study showcasing how you successfully grew a small business with a limited monthly budget. Exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and ability to implement unconventional marketing strategies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multiple small businesses across different industries. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business goals.
