Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, generating leads, and analyzing web performance metrics. Key day-to-day tasks include optimizing digital content for engagement, monitoring marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful lead generation strategies, and utilizing analytics to inform marketing decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and managing platforms effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and creating data-driven strategies to attract and retain customers
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and applications
• Experience with Web Analytics and analyzing online consumer behavior
• Creative thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the specialty coffee, food, or retail industry is a plus
